WHY SHOULD I CREAT AN ACCOUNT?

When you create your account and log in on ISELINE.COM, your personal details are already stored so that you do not have to re-enter them when placing a new order.


HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

You can easily create your own account by registering your email address and a password on the site. Please make sure that your password is at least five digits.


I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

If you forgot your password, just click on the ”Forgot password” link and we will send you an automated email with information on how to re-set your password.


AN ITEM ADDED TO MY SHOPPING BAG WAS SUDDENLY SOLD OUT WHEN I CAME TO THE CHECKOUT?

The item can only be reserved once your purchase is completed at the checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your bag, but sold out once you reach the checkout.


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE CONFIRMED IT?

No. Once you have confirmed your order it cannot be changed, deleted or added to.


WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Make sure that you are logged in (as a new customer, you need to create an account first), then open the shopping bag and enter your code in the applicable box at the checkout.


ARE MY CARD DETAILS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS?

All orders are subject to a delivery charge of 5,95 € for E.U. and Norway, Russia and Iceland. The charge is the same regardless of the size and weight of your parcel and no matter how much shopping you do.


HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery is within 3-7 working days. The delivery time can vary depending on what time of day we receive your order, what country you live in and how many orders we have to process.

If your produced is marked with "Delivery within 2 weeks" your product is produced in small numbers and will be made by our atelier in Paris upon your order, therefor the delivery is within 2 weeks in the E.U.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. The order confirmation sent to you includes a package number that you can use to track your shipment on the Finnish posts website: www.posti.fi.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We apply a 14 day return policy that applies from the time that the customer receives the delivery. We only accept return of products in good condition and that have not been worn, altered or damaged. The product should be neatly packed in its original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. If the product returned does not fulfill these conditions the purchase cannot be cancelled.

I HAVE RETURNED GOODS BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND?

You must take into account that it can take up to 2 weeks from the time of you sending the return until we receive and register it and can start the process of refunding you the money.


WHERE CAN I PURCHASE GIFT CARDS?

Our gift cards can be purchased by contacting our customer service.


CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

No, you will have to return the product and make a new order on our online shop.


DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NICKEL METALS?

No, all products are in surgical metal that is hypoallergenic or in sterling silver with or without a coating.


ARE THE ITEMS DELIVERED INTO A GIFT BOX?

Yes, all jewellery is supplied with its box branded Iseline Jewellery Paris.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER MY ORDER OUTSIDE EU?

Yes, we also deliver to Norway, Russia and Iceland. If you are resident in another country please contact our customer service.


DO YOU DO CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS?

No we do not produce nor design individual orders.


HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM UNDER GUARANTEE?

You can make a claim under guarantee by contacting our customer service.


HOW LONG DOES THE GUARANTEE LAST?

The warrent is for 4 months for the products as marqued so and one (1) year for the "Made in France" collection and includes re-plating of your product.
