Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to all agreements entered into regarding the purchase and delivery of goods from ISELINE.COM, henceforth referred to as MM Brothers Ab or ”We”. The terms and conditions may be modified without warning and customers are therefore advised to read them at the time of each purchase. The terms and conditions applicable are those on the website at the date of your order.


All prices are in euro (EUR) and include the relevant European VAT and including: order processing fees, all packaging including boxes in which every piece of jewellery ordered will be delivered.  Prices do not include the cost of dispatch. For orders from outside the EU will be charged the price excluding VAT. Any costs for customs clearance is paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and without warning. Products already ordered will be invoiced at the prices when the order was placed. The "store prices" shown on the website refer to the prices in stores for identical products or the prices at which we think a comparable product would be sold by a store, using our price assessment methods. This price is for information only, for which we decline all liability.


The purchase agreement applies from the time the customer receives the order confirmation via email from ISELINE.COM, on condition that the customer has provided correct details of email address and residential address. We deliver solely to persons of lawful age with a residential address in E.U. and to Norway, Russia and Iceland. For any other countries please contact our customer services.

You can pay by Visa/Mastercard and the information for payment (address, amount, order etc.) can be found in the order confirmation and must be respected to the letter to ensure the order is processed. For security we reserve the right to refuse payments and also cancel orders if a delivery address is not referenced, delivery to hotels and PO boxes and also if we have any doubts about the legitimacy of the order.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. For all card transactions SSL (Secure Socket Layer) applies.

The transactions are encrypted. PaybyWay oy and PayPal always checks the card validity and that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase amount. ISELINE.COM, MM Brothers Ab, PaybyWay Oy and PayPal retain the right to refuse the card purchase.


We decline all liability in the case where the item delivered does not respect the laws of the destination country outside of the European Union. We will take every professianal precaution to ensure customer service. Nevertheless we cannot be deemed liable if we are unable to fulfil our contractual obligation du to unforeseeable circumstance or force majeure.

Furthermore in the case of insubstantial differences between the presentation photographs of items on our website, texts and illustrations and the ordered itmes we cannot be deemed liable.

Under not circumstances could we be considered liable for the loss of profit, commercial loss, loss of data, loss of income or any other indirect loss or which was not foreseeable at the time of visiting the website or at the time of concluding the contract of sale between ourselves and you.


The goods delivered will remain our property until you take physical possession of the delivered product once it has been paid for.


ISELINE.COM uses PaybyWay Oy & PayPal, authorized credit card acquirers that handles all card details. We do not handle or store any credit card details. Naturally all transfers are encrypted for the customer’s security. For more information on credit card payments, please refer to: PaybyWay.com & PayPal.com


Our aim is for customers to receive deliveries within 3-7 working days. The delivery time can, however, vary depending on the quantity of orders to be dispatched and other circumstances over which ISELINE.COM and has no control. The delivery confirmation is sent by email and can be tracked on the Finnish Post internet page: www.posti.fi

We deliver solely to persons of lawful age with a residential address in E.U. and in Norway, Russia and Iceland.

If you have a parcel which is undeliverable you will receive a reminder. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a number of attempts, it will be sent back to us. Undeliverable parcels that are not collected and parcels where delivery is refused are not included in the 14 day return policy and we also retain the right to refuse further orders.

If your produced is marked with "Delivery within 2 weeks" your product is produced in small numbers and will be made by our atelier in Paris upon your order, therefor the delivery is within 2 weeks in the E.U.


If there is a change to a reference once your initial order has been confirmed and paid for, the delivery date indicated at the time of purchase and in your account will no longer be valid. It will be reissued by the customer service department once it has processed your modified order, We cannot guarantee deliver at the date for your first choic of jewellery because the change in reference may case a delay in the regular maufature or delivery process.

If dispite evey effort a product cannot be delivered we will inform you by emal as soon as possibl and your order will be cancelled without any form of compensation beyond the reimbursmenet of the order payment.


For all orders there is a charge that covers dispatch, handling and freight. This is currently 5,95 € for E.U. and Norway, Russia and Iceland. The charge is the same irrespective of how much the customer orders.


We apply a 14 day return policy that applies from the time the customer receives delivery. Under heading Retuns & Exchanges is a return form in PDF format, to be used for returns and complaints. The Return Form must list all goods being returned, along with the reason for return and include accurate personal information and the reference number of the order (found on the invoice). The Return Form must be included with all or any returned items and posted to: Iseline Jewellery, Vöyrintie 12, 66600 Vöyri, Finland. Please note that we will refund the amount spent less any postage for the ordered items which remains at your cost. The parcel must be sent as recorded delivery and insured. ISELINE.COM declines all liability in the case of damage, loss or theft during transportation.

If you would like to exchange a product  a new online order must be placed.

Products returned must be unused. We only accept return of products in original condition and that have not been worn, altered or damaged. The product should be neatly packed in its original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. If the product returned does not fulfill these conditions the purchase cannot be cancelled.

Following at the reception of your returned itemss, we will immediately refund you the entire order excluding the postage costs. The refund will be by bank transfer.


We apply the statutory guarantee rules for faulty goods. In the event of faulty goods the customer is requested to immediately submit a claim for a manifest material or production fault on delivered goods to ISELINE.COM.

It is the customers responsibility to report any transport damages to the courier or post office at the time of delivery. A complaint cannot be made after the customer has accepted receipt of the order. All complaints must be lodged at the time of delivery or retrieval of the order.


The 4 months and one year warren only covers normal wear of the coating that, in the opinion of ISELINE.COM, has not been caused by an accident or inappropriate use, modification, attempts to repair, negligence concerning Iseline jewellery.

Any item under guarantee can:

Solution 1. be re-plated in gold, rose gold or silver as its original coating. OR
Solution 2. be replaced, subject to availability, by an identical item.
In any case, ISELINE.COM cannot proceed with your choice of solution if this solution would engender clearly disproportionate costs compared with the other solution, in relation to the value of the product. The other solution will then be applied.

This one year warrent is provided free of charge.

A 12.95€ processing and shipping fee for orders made in E.U. will be asked to be paid by the client. Orders outside E.U will be assesed an additional shipping cost based upon your shipping address.

Please keep your invoice during the 4 months or one year warrent period. The invoice serves as proof of purchase and authenticates the products purchased and is a legal document required for this guarantee. ISELINE.COM and MM Brothers Ab reserves the right to change or adapt these guarantee conditions and their future impact at its discretion at any time.

What is not covered by the warrent? This guarantee does not cover any damage to Iseline Jewellery products.

What does the warrent apply to? This guarantee applies to all products in the collections "Made in France" and for the 4 months warrent to all products marqued as so and applies to the initial buyer of the product for the duration of the warrent which is 4 months or one (1) year. The ISELINE.COM invoice serves as proof of purchase for the product and certifices the authenticity of the warrent.

How do I make a claim under the 4 months or one year warrent? You can make a claim under garantee by contacting the customer service department info@iseline.com. Our costumer service will send you a garantee form to fill out and stipulated instructions for you to follow.

Your right to the warrent is determined upon recipt and after the product has been examined.


The personal details that are sent to ISELINE.COM on purchase are used for endorsing and implementing the delivery agreement, to maintain our customer relations and for marketing activities carried out solely by ISELINE.COM and MM Brothers Ab.

In order to implement orders it is necessary to give the details to third parties. ISELINE.COM only gives personal details to transport companies for the implementation of deliveries and notification. We will never sell nor transfer personal details for marketing activities to other companies.

You have the right to access, oppose, modify and delete all of your personal information on our secure accound managment interface.


A cookie is a small text file that is sent from a website and stored locally on the visitor’s hard disc. We use cookies to save information about the pages which have been visited. The web browser can be set to accept cookies or not.


ISELINE.COM will not send orders to persons under the age of 18 years and have legal capacity or have parental authorisation to place an order on our website.


ISELINE.COM accepts no liability for any mistakes in pictures or text items. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice.


In the event of force majeure ISELINE.COM's and MM Brothers Ab’s obligations are suspended. If force majeur persists for longer than two months the customer ISELINE.COM and MM Brothers Ab are entitled to annul the contract without any obligation to pay damages.

Force majeure includes, amongst other things, strike, personnel sickness, transport disruptions and import/export bans and applies irrespective of whether these occur within the company or at the company’s suppliers.
